When Mark Dollard pulled into Telluride for the 1995 Bluegrass Festival the sun had already been down for hours, so it was not until the next morning that he first laid eyes on this stunning valley and its surrounding peaks. It was then he knew he was hooked – never before had he seen a place full of such raw and natural beauty. Still early into a successful career with IBM at the time, a quick relocation was not in the cards. But after many more visits and countless life changing experiences, Dollard eventually moved to Telluride to advance his real estate career.

The best job description for his time in the corporate world would have been, “do whatever it takes to get the client what they need”. And that still holds true today, while he strives to provide the high-service skills his clients deserve and expect. Mark also spent a great deal of time developing financial analyses for his corporate clients and he is still a spreadsheet geek today. If you can think of way to parse data related to the Telluride market, odds are a similar analysis is already sitting on his hard drive. Dollard’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a Master's degree in Marketing - both earned at the University of Colorado.
