Kim Havell
Broker Associate,GRI, MRE

Kim has been a Telluride local for ten years and has been in Real Estate since her arrival in 1996. After working as part of a Broker team for four years, Kim opened her own office in Telluride Real Estate Corp. in 2000.

A graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall and Brown University, Kim has completed additional specialized Real Estate coursework, receiving both her Masters in Real Estate (MRE) and graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) certifications. This year she is serving her 5th term on the Board of Realtors and has served as President of the Association. Kim was also the recipient of the 2002 Telluride Real Estate Corp.'s "President's Award".

Kim's interests include skiing, rock climbing and mountaineering. She is a member of the Search and Rescue Team- San Miguel County. Her past community involvement includes coach for the Alpine Race Team, Wine Festival Staff, and President of the North Beaver Pond Homeowner's Association.
